Lincoln Trident Swim School offers lessons at City school on Sundays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, for beginners and improvers with each lesson being 30 mins long and from 12:30pm to 13:15pm for advanced (45 mins).  

To be ready to start lessons most children will usually be around four and a half years old, but if you feel your younger child(ren) may be ready we would be happy to offer an assessment.

Lincoln Trident believe that swimmers benefit greatly from continuity and so the learn to swim lessons continue through the year from September to July, including during half term breaks.

Pupils work towards achieving swimming skills rather than the standard activity badges to enable them to focus more on swimming and improving their strokes rather than having the pressure of feeling they must achieve certain badges.

Group size is kept small with beginners and improvers groups typically having 4 to 6 swimmers to ensure that the teachers can give each swimmer attention to help them improve and to maintain quality of lessons.  Helpers are used in the pool to assist in delivery of lessons, particularly in the beginners groups.

All teachers/coaches are fully committed to helping every child learn to swim.
